Planned succession due to retirement after decades of service. Target start date: early January to allow onboarding overlap before March departure.

• Reports directly to the Controller.
• No direct reports, but highly visible within the accounting team.
• Owns P&L, inventory controls, variance analysis, and month-end/year-end closes.
• Serves as the functional expert on financial transaction flow between systems and ERP platforms.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet maintenance.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Internal controls and audit support.
• Leading physical inventory processes.
• Driving systems/process improvements and ERP automation initiatives.
• Travel:
  Quarterly travel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in cost/inventory accounting within distribution or supply chain.
• Strong ERP and warehouse system experience;
  People Soft familiarity a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Self-starter, agent of change, strong communication skills.
