Accountant, Financial Reporting, Senior Accountant

Our client is a fast-growing global healthcare company seeking an Accountant. The Accountant is responsible for verifying financial transactions through account reconciliation and analysis, ensuring accurate and efficient maintenance of the general ledger. This role supports month-end and year-end close processes, prepares journal entries, and provides financial reporting in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting practices.

• Analyze general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies by collecting and reviewing account information.
• Enter daily transactions into the ERP system and prepare journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation, primarily in electronic format, in compliance with company policy and accounting standards.
• Prepare auxiliary schedules and special financial reports, including those required by customer contracts or audits.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, including automation and workflow enhancements.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure proper maintenance of the general ledger.

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Hands‑on, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
