• Advise clients on high-level accounting and financial strategies.
• Lead projects such as US GAAP conversions and ERP implementations (Oracle Cloud, Net Suite, Sage Intacct).
• Mentor associates and interns while collaborating across service lines.
• Work on-site with clients in Nashville to deliver exceptional experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting advisory experience (public accounting experience is a huge plus!).
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and US GAAP.
• ERP experience (Oracle Cloud preferred; Net Suite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics also valued).
• CPA or CMA certification (or progress toward certification) preferred.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
