Accounting Manager

• Manage and mentor a remote accounting team
• Own month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll coordination)
• Support audits and ensure GAAP compliance
• Drive process improvements and SOP development
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, analysis, and ad hoc projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff
• Strong close, reconciliation, and audit preparation experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Public accounting and M&A experience a plus
• ERP experience preferred (Sage Intacct a plus)
• $80K–$90K base + bonus
