About the RoleBohler’s Nashville, TN office is seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and project support to help deliver innovative land development solutions for clients throughout Greater Nashville.
What You’ll Do- Prepare proposals, letters, reports, and correspondence from draft to client‑ready.
- Assist managers with project status updates, expense reports, and monthly accounting tasks.
- File project documents, track tasks, and maintain accurate records in project management systems.
- Support submissions to outside agencies, including assembling materials and managing deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, including agenda creation and follow‑up.
- Prepare and assemble plans, reports, and map packages for internal and external use.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to support timely project delivery.

- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting management‑level staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Concur or CRM a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
