Base pay will be determined by your skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities- Greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, and ensure visitors sign guest sheets.
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate residents and staff.
- Sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail.
- Maintain visitor logs and perform basic office/clerical functions.
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling the appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
