Administrative Assistant

The Department of Health is looking for someone to serve as an Administrative Services Manager for the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy. This position would serve in a variety of capacities for the Board and would require flexibility and adaptability for the candidate selected. Work in a variety of Microsoft and web-based platforms, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, One Drive, LARS, and Red Cap.

Reviewing, inputting, and coordinating disciplinary cases for investigation and review. Reviewing and coordinating responses to informational inquiries between investigative and legal staff. Assisting administrative staff in application review. Write reports on status of cases, quarterly monitoring, and inspection for review by leadership. Assist Administrative Director with duties as needed, such as Board meeting communications and minutes and data projects. Responsible for application processing of ambulatory surgery treatment centers.

Required to maintain confidentiality and security of documents. This is a hybrid position, with in-office requirements three days a week.
