Location:

Nashville, TN (Quaver Ed, Inc. is not a remote work position; employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row and work at least 3 days a week in the office, with up to 2 days remote.)

Salary:
Up to $55k

Job Type: Full-Time (Exempt) - Responsibilities include training scheduling and logistics. The Coordinator maintains the training request form and handles logistics for individual training and professional learning events.

• Develop and manage operational processes for all training programs, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Exercise discretion and judgment in allocating training resources, selecting facilitators, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Analyze training performance metrics and recommend process improvements or policy updates.
• Serve as the primary liaison with key district partners, negotiating training timelines and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain training communication standards across the organization.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within training or HR.
• Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple timelines and prioritizing tasks
