We are looking for a Body Shop Technician to join our team at our Collision Center of Nashville location. Responsibilities- Determine and repair damaged parts
- Communicate the status of repairs clearly to the Body Shop Manager
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts
- Document all repairs performed
- Document all materials used
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Past experience required
- Completion of a vocational program preferred, but not required
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Clean and valid driver’s license

The President’s Club is an exclusive program for our top Body Shop technicians. Technicians who clock at least 1,900 hours and flag at least 3,600 hours within a calendar year are eligible. Eligible technicians are invited to attend the Martin Group’s annual Awards Banquet, where they receive a recognition plaque and a monetary award based on their years of service, and may also receive a company demo.
