Pinnacle Automotive has been in business since 2009, with a 9‑bay service facility.

We are looking for technicians who want to work with others that are at the same professional level and can provide high‑quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.

We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.

Tech Pay Structure:
Flat rate. Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our high‑level technicians usually start at $80k per year. Some are making over $130k per year.

General repair or dealership experience preferred.
