Responsibilities:  
* Tracking and managing detention times for trailers via an online portal to ensure efficient turnaround
* Handling the preparation of documents essential for billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Maintaining organized spreadsheets to track detention-related data and facilitate informed decision-making
* Conducting precise data entry tasks to maintain accurate detention records and support operational efficiency

Skills &

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis
* Previous experience in data entry, demonstrating reliability and consistency in managing information
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trucking environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong team orientation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and trucking partners.
* Attention to detail, essential for ensuring accuracy in detention tracking and documentation
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the trucking sector
