The RoleThe Onboarding Associate plays a critical role within the firm's Interim Executive Practice. This individual supports the growth, quality, and ongoing engagement of a curated network of private-equity-grade interim executives and independent consultants. The role is research-driven and relationship-oriented, with daily exposure to senior business leaders. The associate will identify top-tier talent, manage a structured onboarding process, and support real-time client needs through targeted research and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct targeted market research to identify high-caliber independent consultants and interim executives using proprietary tools, internal datasets, and public resources
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding calls to communicate the business model, onboarding requirements, and project preferences
- Manage and process professional references for consultants and interim executives
- Route, track, and secure execution of required agreements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with members of the executive and consultant network
- Attend client scoping calls and perform targeted research to identify candidates aligned to specific project needs
- Create, maintain, and update profiles and data records within internal systems
- Support special projects related to the interim executive and consultant network as directed by practice leadership

Genuine interest in learning about businesses, executives, and industries - Technical Proficiency:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Linked In, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and LLM-based tools
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years of professional experience in recruiting, business development, or sales
- Preference for recruiting experience
- Preference for postgraduate degree if no prior professional experience
- Based in Nashville, TN or willing to relocate
- Candidates must have already graduated
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Full-time, in-office Monday-Thursday
- Option to work remotely on Fridays
