Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Manager

Compensation: $25-$30 An Hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications: Hands-on experience with inventory receiving, warehouse stock management, order fulfillment workflows, returns, and shipping execution.

Job Description:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of ecommerce business, ensuring inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer experience run smoothly. Act as the operational hub between ecommerce managers, finance, production, touring, and third-party logistics partners. Monitor inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, troubleshoot operational issues, and analyze ecommerce KPIs to improve efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction. Lead and support ecommerce operations and customer service team members while ensuring platforms remain stable, optimized, and scalable.
