Responsibilities- Lead high‑stakes, technically complex product initiatives from strategy through release with measurable business outcomes.
- Shape shared product capabilities or frameworks in close partnership with architects, engineers, and functional leads.
- Operate with independent decision‑making, navigate ambiguity, and make informed trade‑offs.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment at senior and executive levels, marshaling resources across teams.
- Translate customer insights, usage data, and performance signals into clear product direction and prioritization.
- Influence teammates, stakeholders, and key executives through data‑guided logic and clear communication.
- Proven track record as an advanced individual contributor product manager leading high‑stakes, technically complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated systems‑thinking and architectural fluency, with experience shaping shared product capabilities or frameworks.
- Strong ability to operate with high autonomy, including navigating ambiguity and escalating critical risks.
- Successful history of driving cross‑functional alignment at senior and executive levels.
- Highly analytical and data‑informed, with experience translating customer insights and usage data into product direction.
- Ability to solve complex problems with many constraints, articulating recommendations through well‑structured narratives grounded in data.
- Experience with modern enterprise and cloud‑based architectures, including API‑driven systems and integration patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills, condensing complex technical concepts into clear, non‑technical language.

Pay range varies by skill set, level of experience, and location. The minimum full‑time salary range is $119,000 – $221,000
. This position is eligible for a 15% annual incentive program.
