CRM Strategy & Optimization
  • Implement CRM best practices to streamline operations and improve user experience across departments.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, including integrations with third‑party tools and datasets.
  • Maintain and cleanse CRM databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
Training & Adoption
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions for new and existing users.
  • Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and guidance on CRM features and workflows.
  • Co‑lead training initiatives for CRM modules including Projects, Resumes, and Knowledge Base.
Sales & Marketing Content Management
  • Facilitate the management of the project close‑out process to obtain critical project data for marketing / business development purposes.
  • Facilitate the development and troubleshooting of CRM content templates.
  • Manage annual reviews of CRM content and update as needed.
Reporting & Insights
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and Power BI to support marketing and business development goals.
  • Segment customer lists based on behaviors, preferences, and demographics to support targeted outreach.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with Market Leaders and Business Development teams to track client relationships and initiatives.
  • Partner with graphics and content teams to enhance CRM visuals and templates.
Knowledge, Skill, And Ability Requirements Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook) and web browser applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of industry‑specific software.
  • Knowledge of contracts and project management.
