Location: The Logistics Associate position is located at our North American Headquarters in the AT&T (Batman) Building in downtown Nashville, TN. Work Style: In-person, Monday - Friday.

Position: Logistics Associate.

Coordinate the fulfillment of assigned customer orders and maintain an appropriate stock level at the distribution centers. Work with Global HQ and field sales employees to ensure incoming order volumes are adequate to fulfill any fluctuations in the customer’s forecast and/or plan.

• Check and monitor customer’s order release data to ensure orders will be filled on time for all business partners.
• Work with carriers to ensure JIT deliveries are made on time and resolve any out-of-line situations.
• Work with the Supply Chain manager to adequately resolve all issues with customers.
• Participate in the development of the Purchasing Sales Inventory (PSI) process.
• Report any out-of-line situations to the supply chain manager.
• Complete all tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
• Excellent collaboration & interpersonal skills.

• Able to multi-task.

• A bachelor's degree required or equivalent related experience.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 0 – 4 years of experience in supply chain operations preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook required.
• Prior experience working with 3PLs (Third Party Logistics Providers) required.
• Familiarity with ERP System (SAP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
