Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Consultant on our Supply Chain & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in tackling the complex challenges our clients face in the ever-evolving business world. Your role involves collaborating with a talented team to deliver strategic insights and operational solutions, crafting impactful deliverables and leading dynamic discussions with clients and stakeholders. You will lead operating model design and process optimization initiatives across supply chain functions to help clients improve performance, adopt emerging technologies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Your ability to think critically will be showcased in every presentation and analysis, as you manage project components and guide the development of junior consultants. You'll be doing all this in an environment that champions your career growth, surrounded by industry experts and seasoned supply chain professionals.

Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have:Currently pursuing an MBA with approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain functions, consulting, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrate inclusivity, and embrace diverse perspectives.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to all audiences while leveraging relevant data to generate insights and innovative solutions.
