The Compliance Operations Specialist serves as a strategic execution partner to the SVP/Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO) and supports the effectiveness of the enterprise Compliance function across Ethics & Compliance, Privacy, Culture & Values, and Regulatory Compliance. The role combines sophisticated project and program management, executive-office support, policy governance, analytical and paralegal-style support, and operational discipline to advance high-priority compliance initiatives from concept through implementation.

Working across multiple subject‑matter teams and business functions, the Specialist translates strategic priorities into structured workplans, drives accountability for deliverables and decisions, prepares executive‑ready materials, strengthens governance processes, and develops scalable tools and processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance program. This position is designed for a high‑performing professional who can operate with discretion and increasing independence in a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment and who has the capability to grow into broader roles within the Compliance organization over time.
