AS672 - Newborn Care Specialist - Nashville, TN

Overview

A lovely family in Nashville is seeking a newborn care specialist to assist with their newborn, due in the middle of March. The family is looking for 20/7 coverage for a period of at least 3 months, with the possibility of an extension. The NCS will have a private bedroom and bathroom, in addition to space in the nursery.

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Provide professional guidance as it pertains to baby care while respecting the family’s personal preferences
• Encourage healthy sleep habits and follow safe sleep guidelines
• Implementing an effective sleep and feeding routine that the parents can continue once the contract has finished
• Baby laundry, bottle/pump part cleaning and sanitizing, and cleaning of toys and other baby items
• Recommending products for baby and nursery
• Working collaboratively with parents and extended family
• Traveling with the family as needed

• Warm, collaborative, and supportive
• Comfortable working with parents and grandparents
• Trustworthy, reliable, and an effective communicator
• An easygoing and warm attitude
• Hands-on and resourceful, but also knows when to give the family space

• At least 8 years experience as an NCS
• Excellent verifiable references
• Up to date on Covid, flu, MMR, RSV and TDap vaccinations
• Experience with 20/7 or "awake" care in addition to overnights
• US work authorization

• $600-900/day+ DOE
