- Manage complex singular or multiple projects from initial planning to completion
- Oversee subcontractors, staff, and suppliers for all projects
- Supervise quality and safety programs
- Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings
- Work closely with Project Manager to create, implement and maintain the project's schedule
- Must have 10+ years of experience in Commercial Construction
- 8+ Years of Field Supervision experience is REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar is preferred but not required
- Must be very detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable working with a team on multiple projects
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to travel

The compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. In locations requiring salary range disclosure, the salary range for the role is noted in this posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
