Concrete Superintendent

We are looking for someone who is an experienced concrete construction superintendent who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors. Concrete construction experience is required. You'll help our construction company plan and manage projects from start to finish for commercial General Contractors. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of concrete construction field experience with leadership skills in managing construction workers, highly preferred.

• Review subcontractor output concerning schedules and success targets to ensure that the project is on track to be completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards required.
• Ensure that each construction project produces a high-quality finished product, manage construction workers, conduct routine on-site inspections, and provide guidance as needed.
• Log daily records of progress and repair updates for the project manager and homeowner.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
