Lead Estimating for a Top‑Tier Contractor with Multi‑State Operations

Are you an experienced estimator ready to lead a department and shape the future of a growing commercial roofing business?
We're looking for a Director of Estimating to take full ownership of estimating operations — developing people, streamlining process, and driving results without the drag of micromanagement or cut‑throat, corporate pressures.
This is for a collaborative, grounded leader — a someone with deep commercial roofing experience, strong team management skills, and a humble, hardworking mindset.

They are a privately owned contractor with a proud legacy dating back to the 1970s. Today they do around $72 million annually and operate across 6 different branches in multiple states.

Projects are around 80% new construction and 20% reroofing but the company also has a large service department which brings in around $14 million annually. They work with a variety of roofing systems but the primary focus is single‑ply and modified bitumen.

The current owner was previously an employee and most of the senior leadership have worked their way up through multiple promotions. This is a company where hard work is rewarded with unlimited advancement opportunities.
