Job Overview

Raydeo Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to lead the field execution of complex commercial installations across multiple scopes—including architectural millwork, signage, decorative metalwork, glass railings, and more. This role blends field leadership with project management responsibilities, requiring someone comfortable managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, handling logistics, and ensuring quality and safety across every stage of construction. Our ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of wearing multiple hats to see our Nashville project through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise all daily on‑site installation activities and subcontractors.

Manage job schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

Lead project coordination meetings and subcontractor startup sessions.

Track engineering, procurement, and material logistics to ensure job readiness.

Support project planning, preconstruction, and closeout tasks.

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety policies, and client site requirements.

Maintain detailed daily reports, status updates, and photo documentation.

Drive jobsite quality control, ensuring all work meets Raydeo’s high standards.

Maintain jobsite cleanliness and oversee site safety meetings and documentation.

Conduct walkthroughs and manage punch lists to ensure timely project completion.

Coach and supervise install teams, ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, Innergy, and other PM software.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands‑on construction installation experience in high‑end commercial work.

Proven leadership in a superintendent or project management capacity.

OSHA 30 Certification (required within first 30 days).

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, and familiar with Bluebeam, TSheets, and other construction management platforms.

Excellent communication, scheduling, and documentation skills.

Capable of installing: stain‑grade trim, laminate, metalwork, signage, canopies, casework, and glass railings.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening per Drug Free Workplace Policy.

Willing to travel and stay overnight if needed.

Experience managing subcontractors, jobsite logistics, and quality assurance processes.
