Nashville, TN area general contractor is looking for their next Concrete Travel Superintendent within large-scale concrete construction and renovations in the area. Amazing company to work with that has excellent growth opportunities in the Nashville, TN area. Projects focus on Heavy Foundation, Concrete and giving back to the community!

Qualifications :

New Construction / large scale renovation projects
5+ years experience in concrete construction as acting Superintendent
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project with demonstratable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
Ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues and clients
Large project experience a plus, $20m+
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of concrete surveying or previous experience preferred
Steel, Concrete, Heavy Foundation, municipal and commercial experience is all preferred!
