This is a full-time on-site role for a Laborer at O’Dwyer Brothers LLC, located in Nashville, TN. The Laborer will perform various manual duties such as assisting with construction and maintenance projects, handling and transporting materials, operating basic tools and equipment, and ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe. The role requires physical labor in outdoor and indoor environments, with attention to safety protocols and efficiency.

• Experience or ability to work with tools and equipment such as hand tools or power tools
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, and assembling materials
• Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance processes and safety practices
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions
• Dependability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or labor-intensive roles is a plus
