You will write the project QC plan, lead three-phase control meetings, and supervise field inspectors and technicians while ensuring all tests and nonconformances are addressed with documented actions.
You will work with owners and engineers under USACE/NAVFAC quality requirements, travel to active sites, and drive NCRs to closure.
