Edge Hill Integrated Systems was created to bring Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing scopes together under one coordinated trade platform. By integrating these major building systems, EIS is able to improve communication, reduce coordination gaps, identify conflicts earlier, and create a more consistent approach from estimating through project closeout. Our focus is not only to perform individual trade scopes, but to understand how each system impacts the others in the field.

Through shared planning, coordinated buyout, aligned scheduling, consistent QA/QC, and strong field leadership, EIS supports a more efficient construction process and helps deliver projects with better control, accountability, and predictability.

The Electrical Field Superintendent will lead field management responsibilities by utilizing construction fundamentals and Edge Hill Integrated Systems resources, standards, and processes. The superintendent will deliver projects according to their plans, schedules, quality expectations, specifications, with the right attitude, courtesy, and professionalism as it relates to their team, subcontractors and General contractors.

All activities will be performed in support of the values of Edge Hill Integrated Systems.

• Leads and implements Edge Hill's safety standards.
• Verifies project housekeeping is being done
• Leads communication with project teams and subcontractors to coordinate day-to-day jobsite logistics
• Leads project startup requirements for field team
• Fully understands drawing and specifications of the project to be able to be knowledgeable of details of project
• Assists in reviewing project documents to stay ahead of RFI's and future coordination issues
• Assists in daily reports, progress reports, and compliance reports
• Assists in development, planning, and updating of overall project schedule
• Proactively identify problems and implement solutions in time to maintain workflow
• Leads the project in ensuring all installed material is per specifications and submittals
• Leads project team in internal inspections/QC walks
• Creates, reviews, and closes out quality control observations and punch lists
• Leads team in project closeout and owner turnover
• Understands Edgehill’s policy and processes
• Mentors and trains assistant supers and field engineers
• Develop and maintain material logs for jobsite materials purchased by Edgehill
• Use of hand tools could be required
