Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities include estimating, bidding, schedule development, budget monitoring, and close-out. The PM will support safety audits and supervise junior staff while building client relationships.
Ideal candidates have a four-year degree in a related field, 3+ years of PM experience, and familiarity with Procore. OSHA 30 and LEED credentials are a plus.
