Media Products Design is seeking a photographer to create and produce compelling visual assets for media products—from conception through flawless execution. The role involves planning and managing simple and complex shoots, shot on short notice, collaborating with Creative Directors, art directors, and producers to develop assets across all channels and platforms.

• Create original photography for media products, covering portrait, documentary, and studio lighting styles.
• Plan, manage, and execute simple and complex photo shoots, often on short notice.
• Produce compelling visual assets from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, art directors, and producers on ideation, development, and production of assets.
• Retouch images, including skin, clothing, and background, using industry-standard tools.
• Maintain and archive high‑quality digital files with proper key wording and metadata.

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a photographer, with proven expertise in the music industry, events, or entertainment landscape.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating studio lighting portraiture and reportage.
• Proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop, and other photo processing tools.
• Technical understanding of studio lighting, mixed lighting, and digital capture equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects from concept to production.
• Experience working with notable talent and high‑pressure situations.
• Discretion in handling confidential materials and adaptability to ambiguity.
• Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One and Keynote.

Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) contributions, PTO, sick leave, and other state or local applicable benefits.
