Senior Graphic Designer (Hybrid) Onsite Women’s Health | Nashville, TN Onsite Women’s Health is the largest provider of in-office breast health and imaging services in the United States. As we continue to grow nationwide, we’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our visual brand and support major marketing and communication initiatives.
Position OverviewReporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Graphic Designer will be a key contributor to Onsite’s corporate team—responsible for developing innovative, on‑brand creative that supports our brand evolution, partner growth and enterprise‑wide communication initiatives. This role blends strategic design leadership with hands‑on execution. In addition to developing visual assets for digital, print, social, events, and partner marketing, this individual will also support important marketing and communication programs, including the quarterly employee newsletter, teammate recognition initiatives, internal culture campaigns and careers‑focused social media content.

Brand, Creative and Marketing Design
- Maintain and elevate Onsite’s graphic design standards while ensuring brand consistency across all creative
- Design and execute assets for:
- National brand and rebranding initiatives
- Trade shows, facility launches and events
- Paid media and digital advertising
- Sales collateral, pitch decks and partner marketing materials
- Internal communications and culture initiatives
- Lead design projects from concept through completion, including development, QA and final implementation
- Develop scalable brand systems, templates, iconography and toolkits
Communications and Internal Engagement
- Design and support quarterly corporate newsletters, ensuring strong storytelling and visual clarity
- Create visual assets for employee recognition, internal campaigns and executive communications
- Support employer brand and careers‑focused social media with graphics, templates or light copy as needed
Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Workflow Management
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual solutions and present concepts confidently
- Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Clinical, People Operations and Executive leadership
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions and version control
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and production partners as needed
- Stay current on design trends, tools and best practices (including emerging AI design tools)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
- 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience (healthcare or agency experience a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design
- Experience using Hub Spot, Figma, Canva or comparable digital design tools preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand alignment and production excellence
- Experience supporting both external marketing and internal communications
- Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams and executive leadership preferred
- Motion graphics, animation or basic video editing experience is a plus
