Nashville is America’s “It City” and one of the fastest-growing soccer hubs in the country. From hosting the CONCACAF Gold Cup to FIFA World Cup Qualifiers and the FIFA Club World Cup, Music City has quickly become a destination for some of the sport’s most prominent events. Locally, Nashville SC is in its sixth season and continues to thrive both on and off the field, highlighted by the opening of GEODIS Park in May 2022—the largest soccer-specific stadium in Major League Soccer.

In 2025, Nashville SC made history by winning the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, further cementing its place as a rising force in American soccer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide Audio/video operational support for events, including Audio, video and lighting.
  • Gather, deliver, stage, set, operate, strike and return all A/V Equipment needed to successfully execute events.
  • Effectively monitor and troubleshoot all audio and video signal flow from source to destination.
  • Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance of AV equipment.
  • Maintain, clean and organize all event, service and storage areas.
  • Frequent bending, carrying, moving, climbing, working from various heights, lifting 15-50 pounds, sitting, exposure to moderate to loud noises, extensive walking through the building.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of audio video experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think quickly on feet and troubleshoot issues
  • Creative and proactive problem solver
  • Detail oriented and able to properly roll cables
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
