Baseball - Graphic Design, Apprentice

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is a leading entertainment and sports agency.

CAA Baseball is seeking a Graphic Design Apprentice with previous experience in creative media, knowledge of media platforms, and proficiency in Adobe CC programs. This seasonal position runs from June through November 2026. Please include a link to your portfolio when applying; applications without portfolios will not be considered.

• Design graphics and content for CAA Baseball’s social media platforms
• Edit and produce short‑term videos for client social media platforms
• Participate in ideating and executing social media strategy for both the baseball department and clients
• Source and collect relevant content to satisfy graphic requests
• Assist with additional projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual arts, advertising, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe CC programs (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator)
• 0–2 years of relevant internship or work experience focused on sports graphic design
• Understanding of marketing content strategy and growth tactics
• Basic knowledge of video editing and production
• Strong service mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of design principles and creative trends with an online portfolio
• Ability to prioritize while handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Motion design capabilities using Adobe After Effects
• Experience with in a large, sports‑related organization or agency
• Prior experience in baseball graphic design

On‑site at the Nashville office.

Hourly rate: $15.00, varying by experience and other factors. Discuss with a recruiter for details.
