Marketing Graphic Designer

Overview

Ramsey Solutions, a household name in personal finance, is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to help people take control of their money and their lives. This role will design bold, thoughtful, and deeply human digital experiences that reach fans across the country.

You’ll craft digital experiences—from concept to execution—so that email, paid ads, landing pages, and social media not only look good but also drive engagement and meet business goals.

• 5+ years of Adobe Creative Suite experience
• 4+ years in a fast‑paced agency or in‑house environment around email marketing, paid social, and digital ad design
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, marketing emails, landing pages, and paid media
• 1+ year of experience using Figma
• Experience collaborating with copywriters, marketers, and sales teams
• Strong communication skills for clear, confident creative decisions
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining creativity and precision
