Silent Disco Knox is hiring a part-time Inventory Specialist to help keep our equipment, rental kits, and headphones organized, clean, and event‑ready. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying organized, and working independently in a relaxed but purposeful environment.

For those who are interested, there are also optional opportunities to assist with and run live events, including playing music at silent discos. This is not required, but available if you would like to take on additional hours or learn the event side of the business.

• Clean, organize, and charge silent disco headphones
• Test equipment to ensure everything is working properly
• Track inventory and flag damaged or missing items

• Pack and label rental kits for upcoming events
• Organize orders for pickup or delivery
• Occasionally deliver orders. (Mileage reimbursement available when using your own vehicle)

• Send reminders about upcoming rentals and returns
• Answer basic equipment questions. Training provided
• Assist with simple troubleshooting during rental periods

• Keep the warehouse or work area clean and organized
• Create a weekly list of items that need restocking
• Assist with basic equipment upkeep and organization

• Assist with setup and breakdown at silent disco events
• Help manage equipment during live events
• Play music or help run a channel ining provided
• Opportunity to earn additional hours during evenings or weekends

• Reliable, organized, and detail oriented
• Comfortable working independently once trained
• Clear communicator with a positive, professional attitude
• Able to lift and move equipment totes weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally, using carts or dollies as standard equipment.
• Basic comfort with technology such as charging devices and simple Bluetooth style troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license for deliveries
• Interest in music or events is a plus but not required
• No prior experience required. We will train you
