The RoleWe are looking for a high-output Content Coordinator to act as the heartbeat of our artist campaigns. In this role, you won't be running around with a camera; you will be the ultimate editor and curator
.
We will provide the raw assets (music videos, studio clips, live streams). Your job is to take those assets and turn them into a flood of content—think 10–15 posts a day across multiple artist and fan accounts. You are a master of remixing, repurposing, and scheduling. If you can take one 30-minute interview and turn it into 15 viral Tik Tok clips and 5 memes, we want you.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- High-Volume Content Assembly: You will be posting 10–15 times per day across various accounts. You will take existing footage from our Google Drive and use Cap Cut to slice it into engaging short-form videos (Tik Tok/Reels/Shorts).
- Fan Page Management: You will run Stan Accounts and fan pages for our artists. You will adopt the voice of the fandom, engaging with comments and building hype from the ground up.
- Meme & Graphic Creation: You will use Canva to create quick, culturally relevant memes, Twitter-style text posts, and static graphics to supplement the video content.
- Scheduling & Organization: You will manage a heavy content calendar in Asana
. You need to be hyper-organized to ensure the right content hits the right account at the right time. - Trend Adaptation: You will spot trending audio and formats on Tik Tok and immediately edit our existing footage to fit those trends.
- Video Editing: Cap Cut (Proficiency required)
- Graphics: Canva
- Project Management: Asana, Slack, Google Drive
- AI: ChatGPT (used for caption brainstorming and copy)
- Nashville-Based: You live in Nashville and can attend weekly strategy meetings in person.
- A Content Machine: The idea of posting 10+ times a day excites you rather than scares you. You know how to work fast and don't get hung up on perfectionism.
- A Remixer: You understand that you don't need to film new content to make good content. You are creative with how you cut, crop, and caption existing footage.
- Detail-Oriented: With this much volume, small mistakes happen. You are the person who catches them before they go live.
- Culture Obsessed: You know what POV works, you know what fonts are trending, and you understand the specific humor of music Twitter/Tik Tok.
