Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative

The ISR/CSR role is a key member of our team responsible for customer relations, quoting and selling all things glass. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer requests via phone calls, emails and online portal requests. The ISR/CSR will be the point of contact for communication between our company and the customer throughout the entire customer experience, from their first phone call to the final installation.

Ideal candidate has proven communication skills and sales experience, works well in a goal‑oriented, team environment. The ISR/CSR maintains existing customer relationships and develops new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Should exemplify our code of values, show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees, be self‑motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
