Responsibilities- Ensure highest quality customer service and assist the maintenance team to keep common areas near entrances and exits clean.
- Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate the flow of traffic through the facility.
- Assist customers in making payments to fully automated revenue control equipment.
- Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise.
- Assist in the management of day‑to‑day activities of the assigned location.
- Monitor parkers in pay‑in lanes and resolve complaints independently or with supervisory aid.
- Conduct garage and facility audits as required by management.
- Count revenue bank at shift start, provide change, and quote rates for parking services.
- Provide directions to city locations and assist customers to reach destinations quickly.
- Answer telephone in a courteous manner (if required).
- Maintain cleanliness of facility and surrounding area.
- Present professionally in uniform at all times.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Required:
Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
Availability: Willingness to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends as required.
License Requirement: Valid state‑issued driver’s license if expected to drive company vehicle.
