In your role at Cube Smart Self Storage you will manage and maintain the property. This includes customer service and property maintenance.

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing solutions while delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service.
• Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
• Work independently and on a team to rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using our POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.

• Daily walks of the property, clean units and the property, open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain facility: mop, sweep, change light bulbs, clean out units, and perform light activities.
• Keep the facility clean and safe to meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fences, walls, doors).

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation during the workday.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.
