Duties, Goals and Responsibilities

• This position is Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm

• Enter and update loads, scan and RVI loads

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for freight

• Provide switchboard coverage

• Track freight and proactive communication

• Provide coverage for CSR's when out of office

• Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

• Data Entry/Skilled in typing

• Ability to multi-task

• Punctual

• High energy level, results driven

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Prioritizing, Planning and Organizing

Education and Experience

• Office assistant and customer service experience is a plus, but not required
