At Legal Intake Professionals, our Overnight Legal Intake Specialists are the friendly, calm voices on the other end of the line, ready to help potential new clients in their time of need. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be the first crucial step for people seeking legal help.

This is an in-office, overnight position based in our Nashville location. You'll be the initial point of contact for individuals reaching out for assistance with personal injury matters. Your main goal is to listen with empathy, ask the right questions, and carefully document every detail. You'll manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor, guiding conversations with patience and care.

• Handing a high volume of calls
• Conducting thorough intake interviews and meticulously documenting information
• Serving as a calm and reassuring voice, setting a professional yet empathetic tone for every call
• Ensuring all information is accurately collected

• An exceptional communicator with strong grammar and spelling skills
• A person with a professional and empathetic phone presence
• A proactive listener who can ask appropriate clarifying questions
• Someone with strong computer and typing skills, including being able to operate in a Microsoft Windows environment
• A reliable individual who can work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous customer service is not required, but it is a bonus!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English); not a requirement, but is preferred

• Pay: $20/hour with perfect attendance, and $18/hour without. Perfect attendance means you're on time, return from breaks promptly, and complete your full shift.

• Shift: 10pm-7am
• You must be able to work either a Saturday or Sunday each week
• Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
