AAA's Nashville Customer Interaction Center is expanding and hiring ERS Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls from AAA members seeking roadside assistance. The role starts as a part-time, temp-to-hire position through Randstad Staffing with potential conversion to regular AAA employment.
Training runs for 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, after which you may work full-time day or evening shifts.
