* Successful completion of a U.S. accredited pediatric residency program
* DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
* Active Tennessee state dental license or ability to obtain

** attended Vanderbilt University and graduated from the University of Alabama in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He attended the University of Tennessee dental school, where he graduated in 1992. He completed a pediatric dental residency at the Medical College of Georgia in 1994. After working in a group practice for ten years, he opened his office in Bellevue, Tennessee, in 2004.

His practice provides full service pediatric dentistry and orthodontics for all children, adolescents, and people with special needs.
