Nuvia Dental Implant Center is rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic Dental Assistants to join our growing team. We are a leader in dental implant services, known for our exceptional patient care and innovative solutions.
What Nuvia Offers- Pay: $24-$45 per hour
- Base: $24-$29 per hour
- Up to $2,000 monthly bonuses (≈$12 per hour)
- Up to $2,000 quarterly bonuses (≈$4 per hour)
- Retention bonuses up to $2,500 per year
- Closed airway surgeries: near all operations you assist with are closed airway.

The dental assistant (surgical assistant) at Nuvia Dental Implant Center plays a crucial role in assisting surgeons and restorative dentists so they can provide safe, premium service. Responsibilities include setup, surgery assistance, impressions, X‑rays, and patient orders.
Responsibilities- Live company core values.
- Take impressions and pour molds.
- Take patient photos.
- Perform X‑rays and cone beams.
- Set up appointments in scheduling platform.
- Set up and take down operating rooms.
- Place orders for basic and implant supplies.
- Adjust and reline prostheses.
- Assist doctor during surgical implant procedures.
- Deliver pre‑ and post‑op instructions.
Sterilize and clean daily. - Manage patient expectations and provide the best patient care.
- Registered Dental Assistant with all required certifications.
- BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Self‑starter who works well as part of a team.
- Patient‑centric with good communication skills.
- Outgoing and empathetic.
- Flexible and a quick learner.
- Great organizational skills and high office aptitude.
** Surgery prep and start** – Prepare instruments and patients, review expectations with surgeon and CRNA, assist with intubation and surgery.
** Morning huddle** – Review schedule and discuss patient needs with team.
** Meet lab deadlines** – Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, ensuring prosthetics delivered within 24 hours.
** Overcoming obstacles** – Use experience to problem‑solve equipment challenges, delays, and patient concerns.
** Perform circular tasks** – Order supplies, sterilize, ensure compliance, handle lab requests.
** End of day** – Complete surgery reports, review charts, prepare action plans for next day.
