Location: 1324 4th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Tennessee Family Dental Care is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our Germantown team!
As the first face our patients see, you’ll help create a welcoming and efficient front office experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in providing excellent service to both patients and staff.
What You’ll Do- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Answer phones and handle patient inquiries
- Verify insurance and assist with billing coordination
- Manage the daily office flow between patients and providers
- Keep the front office organized, clean, and professional
- Experience in dental or medical front office (preferred)
- Customer service or administrative background also considered
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental a plus)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Positive, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
