Gresham Smith's Nashville office is seeking a licensed Architect to lead schematic design through construction documents, coordinate with teams, and review submittals from programming to construction administration.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Architecture with relevant experience and be proficient in Enscape, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of IBC and energy codes, ADA/FHA requirements, and model construction is preferred.
