* Conduct comprehensive eye exams and manage ocular diseases
* Provide specialty care, including contact lens fittings, myopia control, and dry eye management

* Participate in clinical studies and ongoing professional development
** Minimum qualifications include:
*** Doctor of Optometry (DO) degree by May 2025
* Active Tennessee optometry license OR eligibility for Tennessee optometry license
* For new grads:
Board certification / pending certification upon graduation
** Preferred qualifications include:
*** Experience in private and/or retail optometric practice
* Residency training or specialty interest in areas such as ocular disease, pediatrics, or low vision
