. This is an exciting opportunity for both practicing physicians and 2026 graduates who are looking for a collaborative, high-touch environment with a balanced schedule and strong team support.

Position Highlights:

• Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice with hospital privileges at two respected medical centers in central Nashville

• Team-based care model supported by experienced APPs

• Flexible schedule with a mix of clinic, OR, and call (1:6 shared model)

• Flexible Schedule working 3.5 days/week in clinic + designated OR day

  • GYN surgical volume supported by team referrals

• Mentorship and Partnership growth paths available

• Strong infrastructure and staff engagement, with a focus on patient experience and provider wellbeing

• MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
