Tri Star Summit Medical Center is seeking an enthusiastic Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient practice in Hermitage, Tennessee.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible by the ABMS or AOA in Family Medicine
• TN Licensure or ability to obtain
• DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Interest in providing primary care in an outpatient setting
• Commitment to providing high quality, evidence-based patient care

• Established, well-managed, primary care practice, outpatient only
• Join 5 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners
• One Location, Office located one block from the hospital
• In office services including blood draw, EKG, spirometry testing, hearing testing, urine drug testing, and x-ray
• Practice Call Only, 1:6
• Full Time, Schedule M-F, ½ day on Fridays
