This thriving multi‑location optometry group provides full‑service optometry to families and residents in Davidson County and surrounding communities of all ages, insurances, and visual/medical diagnoses. With 7 successful locations and plans to expand, the practice is looking to add a part‑time Optometrist to the team of 40 employees.

The practice uses state‑of‑the‑art vision care technology and offers online appointment scheduling, live online chat, and office communications via text messaging. Patients enjoy a family‑friendly experience as they shop the latest styles of eyewear from the optical boutique—plus the optometry professionals work closely with the patients to select proper frames for cosmetic, lifestyle and vision needs.

Optometric Physicians of Middle Tennessee is seeking a part‑time Associate Optometrist who is passionate about providing the highest level of patient‑centric care. A candidate with experience in private practice and/or retail with residency training would be a complimentary addition to the practice (although not required). This is an excellent opportunity to join a solid, privately‑owned practice and learn from other experts in a supportive environment.

Plus, the practice has a large established patient base as well as a strong referral base.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety. The ideal candidate will want to continuously develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors, and be willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
