OBGYN Opportunity - Nashville, TN | Women Obstetrics & Gynecology

Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is growing and seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join our collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practicing physician or 2026 graduate who values compassionate care and collegial teamwork within a supportive private practice setting.

• Comprehensive Practice:
  Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.

• Access to Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and Tri Star Centennial Women’s & Children’s Hospital, both featuring Level III NICUs and conveniently located two blocks apart for efficient inpatient care.

• 3.5 clinic days per week with options for a post-call day off and/or dedicated OR half-days.
• Shared Call Model 16 rotation ensuring equitable call and holiday coverage. Call can be taken from home unless clinically necessary, with dedicated nurses handling patient calls.

• Robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team including Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs), Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs), and a Physician Assistant (PA).
• Consistent in-office clinical support assigned to each provider.
• Weekend rounding support from APPs.

Robust mentorship and partnership pathway available.

• Named Nashville Scene's Best OB/GYN Practice in 2025.
• Supportive call environment with on-site hospital laborist and OB/GYN-specific ERs at both hospitals.
• Robust in-practice referrals for GYN surgical cases.
